Anyone running F@H SMP 6.22 as a service, may want to make sure they are running

Mine up and died. I had to load 6.23. but 6.23 is showing an expiration date of 2-2-09.

You'd think they'd show a flag or something...

    Anyone else with this problem?
Obama: The rich have the Federal Reserve and the poor have Harry Reid... LOL. Life really is unfair!

Chuck I think they extended the expiration date for that beta client to July 2009. Well at least both of you guys are able to run smp Better than most of us or me.

The SMP client won't even start on my daughters computer anymore. It's been working fine for a long time, then she got something that reset some of her permissions. I ran "Dial-a-Fix" and removed the restrictions, but still no F@H start. I even un-installed and re-installed . . . still no start.

Oh well, I switched R@H back on her computer and it's running fine.

    Harder

Run the 6.22 Installer. get the "Drop-in binary for current Windows SMP console client (6.23)" Drop it in the SMP folder,

I actually reinstalled the SMP client, dropped in the 6.23 Binary, ran the set up program, and then ran the 6.23 binary and set up SMP again.
Don't forget to close it (Ctrl+C), and restart it to get SMP running at full speed.

Fahcore_7 and Fahcore_78 both died on me. Fahcore_a1 is working fine. If they die on you just let it run, it will find a new core.
