    Crunch for Me!

So, as many of you know I won the last F@H Giveaway. You also might know that I currently do not have a PCI-E slot nor the money to get a new system up and running.

So this is an opportunity for you!

This is open to anyone who has crunched for TechIMO for at least a month and has at least 100 posts.

If you meet these qualifications, let me know. I will be choosing one person to "loan" my prize to. You will get an XFX GeForce 8800 GS Alpha Dog Edition on which you are to crunch.

Other details: you must crunch with this card. People who can crunch more (24hrs/day) will get preference. You should play games on this card. I know that playing games hurts the crunching, but what's the point of having a decent graphics card if you aren't going to use it. You should crunch at least 3 weeks per month under my name (butch81385) and the remaining week on TechIMO's team (111)

So post or IM me with the following info:
    crunching name
    location (for shipping cost)
Amount of time you can crunch (and how much will be under my name and under yours)
Whether you will game with this (what games? I'm curious)
    Why I should choose you
Anything else you feel is important.

Note that if/when I build a new desktop or need the card back, I will request it and expect it to be shipped back on your penny within a couple weeks. I don't expect this to happen within a couple of months.
    I don't like signatures.

Well that counts me out, I don't play games..

You should still put your info in surreal. It's just part of the decision process, but not necessary (and even if it was, you would be exempt because everyone loves you!)

Well let's talk about that AR.. Why don't you?

I know you have a nice CPU, with a mild OC even. And I'm sure your probably packing at least a 4850. That between the 2 puts you in our top 10 crunchers easy for PPD output.

Not only that, but you get a chance to win some cool stuff. We've given away a complete tower (nunya), 2x 8800gs's (butch + Rich), and we got some more goodies lined up. Not to mention, it's all for the greater cause.

Sorry butch about the OT, and I won't preach at you anymore AR. I have to try.

^Nearly complete Tower,I did use my old case and drives, and I also received a complete P4 computer with Linux pre-installed.

I wish I had an empty slot so i could enter.

No worries about the thread crap... Getting AR and Creatures to crunch is more important than getting 1 8800 to crunch!

No ATI cards allowed in this house. Were all sporting 8800GT G92's here. Except the wife. She has an 8800GTS 640MB.

I was thinking maybe the fold-it game could count in the gaming department...

I mean so what if it is Rosetta?
