ok, got confirmation back from my one clanmate, he's buying all of his own stuff, except wants me to send one of the boxes of stuff from one guy... send back the one other box & check to the others.

I have to find out from him if he wants the radeon 4830 I got for him, or if he's buying a newer better card?

so I get to keep my Q6600 & SLI board, sooooo...

that means I'll have in my inventory the Q6600 & i7 920, as well as an SLI capable board & a Crossfire board, the G31 board in the Qpack, and a Socket 939 SLI board. I'll have the E2140 (going to either keep it in the Qpack or swap it out in favor of the Q6600, putting the other in the 650i SLI board)... I'm going to see if my one clanmate I got the RAM for the project what he wants for the Dual Core Opty 165... and stick that in the 939 board...

so, will look like this...

CPU's:

i7 920 @ 2.66GHz (see if I can clock it up to 3GHz+ eventually)

Q6600 @ 2.4GHz (see if I can't get that bugger up to 3GHz+ if I put it in the 650i board)

E2140 @ 1.6GHz (again if put in the 650i board, see if I can clock it up to or near 3GHz range)

A64 Venice 3000+ @ 1.8GHz (if used in 939 board, OC'd to 2.25GHz or more)

possibly the Opteron 165 @ 1.8GHz (if used in 939 board clocked to at least 2.4GHz)

GPU's:

9800GTX

HD 2600 Pro

if my one clanmate doesn't want the 4830, I'll be adding that to the arsenal.

looking at atleast a 4850x2 or better card for my i7 build (may go with 2 4870's if I can get them cheap enough run the nvidia cards in the S939/S775 system for folding, or pick up a single 4870x2 like I posted the other night and run with the 4830 if I keep that)

basically in the next month or so, should see some significant PPD coming from me compared to whats been lately.

KK, 2M, Biz, or anyone else running an i7 or read up on it a lot, any suggestions on a good i7 cooler, that doesn't break the $40 to $45 limit?
