    Just got a second box up and running, now my 60 gb file server is another cow. We'll see how much that old smokin P200MMX can do. Funny part is that UD rated the Processor as "100", which is higher than my Duron 800. Hehe....Intel was definately involved in UD! Probably won't be getting any more than that going, or my wife will beat me when the electric bill comes.

    I really like UD, absolutely no crashes, maxes out my CPU and yet seems to have no impact on everything else I'm doing.

    Who knows, maybe in a few years Team TechIMO will be able to say that they played a part in a new effective treatment for cancer. For that matter, it might save one of our lives, let alone all the others.

    Gosh, what a great excuse for screwing around with PCs. (LOL....I doubt too many of us needed an excuse....)

    Yeah you are getting off to a good start.. and as Gila said.. the 200 will give in a good amount of work.. but u might want to know that UD gives all pc a 100 for a cpu score till it can bench mark it.. so don't be let down when it drops.. =) also the AMD leave the intel chips in the dust =) my 1.4 scores a 150 to the 1.5 intel =)

    Also.. u wont notice all that much power usage.. just keep the monitor off as much as u can.. as it is by far the largest black hole of power.. besides think of the heat you will save with the out put the machines give off =)

    And as you pointed out.. with hope in a few years.. as few as can be.. some of the work we have done.. will be a help to those who have cancer.. I think the time and effort we all put in is worth the extra few bucks a month for the extra power.. =)

    Ok, here is my first contribution

    I finally got around to joining you all on this UD project. I installed the client on my laptop and my desktop already and I will see what else I can do to help

    I got my first Results Returned this morning and wanted to share the stats with you all
    My laptop got a rating of 102 and so far it earned 179 points for us, yay

    My desktop is still cranking though so I am not sure how it will rate as of yet, its a Pent500 w/512MB RAM.

    19 1/2 points per hour is a very good output! I don't think you'll make nearly that many with the 500MHz though.... my P3-500 gets about 14 point/hr with 256MB.
