Here download and run this.

CPUID

Download and run this one

http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandeg...32-x86-623.zip

Just put in your folding name /enter
111 (for techimo)/enter
then you can just hit enter 6 or 7 times and see how it goes.

There may be better ways, ive only been folding for a couple of months so mabye one of the more expirienced folders can help.

I'm not so sure the Sempron 2800+ will even fold.

What are the minimum system requirements?

All computers can contribute to Folding@home. However, if the computer is too slow (e.g. wasn't bought in the last 3-4 years or so), the computer might not be fast enough to make the deadlines of typical work units. A Pentium 3 450 MHz or newer equivalent computer (with SSE) is able to complete work units before they expire.

Okay, so it will fold . . .

I would try uninstalling it and trying to re-install and see what happens.

yea but you processor is newer than that P3 something is obviously up. Atleast you will be able to fold when you get new rig going.
