JJ,

Networker here, couldn't resist, had to try your link, it's a struggle for me as well but,,,

You Nailed It !! Very nice, congrats. ( I hadn't seen the offer for W7 at 50% off anywhere else )

Thanks,

I tried the link too - just to see whether it had worked for him too...

Can't see where they're trying to flog W7 - unless you're seeing the same advertising thingameewhatsit as I saw... If you did, then I'm sure it was mentioned here before too...

If you didn't see it as an ad, then my guess is that it knows that I'm from the Land Of Eng - as some sites do - and therefore don't always show the same link as those in the US would get...

Speaking of which.....

1) I just realised that I don't need to SPAM anymore - now that I've broken the 3k post marker...which got so close, only to be shifted further away...

2) Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to set up a p1ss to fold..? Sorry, meant a Wii....

Nothing.
My friends dad works for IBM. This is one of the systems he had in his house. I guess he's getting rid of some (most likely updating) and he passed this off to my friend. He just built a new AMD rig not long ago, so he basically said here have fun with it, I might be back for it some day.
I'm installing VNC on it now so I can get into it via the network and play with it.
But I know it's dual dual core Xeons (the e6600 equivalent), got 2x 1Tb HDD's in RAID 0 right now, 8 gigs of RAM, and dual 6600gt's.
It's gonna be a media server/folder/file server here most likely.
He left vista on there, loaded up with kick arse software. (acronis, nero, etc)

Pics uploading now

Umm, probably.
Gonna take out the GT from the dual core box, and probably the one from my rig, and put them in there. That will fill all the PCI slots. Then I'll probably move the 9600gt into the dual core box, and I'll stick with the GX2.
Server has a 600w Delta PSU, rated at 19amps across 4 rails.
That's the beefiest PSU I've ever seen in a HP.
