[UD] Upload/download twubbles?

All day, I've been having, some goofiness receiving WU's from the UD server. I'll have a hard time connecting, and then a WU download will start, only to be interrupted, then will start again with a "receiving 26 of 26 bytes" message. Then I get a "Unable to process data from the server" Message, a disconnect from the server, and then we start all over again. Eventually, I do get a new WU down, but it's a serious pain on a dial=up and trying to keep after this herd.

Anybody else?

I was just tring to clear out some of my slots on ud monitor and kept having the same thing I gave up and just figured I'd try again later.

Yep... me too.

I have to send them up to 10 times before they get thru.

I suspect that it's a glitch at UD... hopefully they'll get it resolved soon

Hmmm did not notice anything here on my end. Of Course I was working outside all day.

I will have to keep an eye on it for the next WU.

Same sort of stuff is still going on, it took me about 20 to 25 minutes to get a new WU down cleanly. I think I'll wait until tomorrow, after somebody comes in, checks the server, finds the mess that the Mother Cow has made, and resets it.

I just got 4 completes uploaded and refiled all my cache slots with new wu's

On the other hand, if you go to NS, then both of us will be gone for quite a number of days, and it would take a ridiculous number of cache slots to keep the cows busy the whole time. If you came out, well, I wouldn't lose as much ground on ya

I can't seem to get UD monitor right!

I came home to one which had done a spontaneous reboot. Don't know if it was the mobo or the power supply, but, thanks to mickwish's suggestion, it went right back into Winderz.

Trouble was, UDMon doesn't start with Winderz, so it finished the unit it was crunching and sat there all day, from 9 AM or so until I go thome this afternoon

What kind of twubble you having with UDMon? I've figured out all kinds of ways to mess it up

Mine never came back up they were napping... can you put UD mon in your start menu? (to cover the times of spontanious production?

)

Dunno about that, I think I'll fiddle with it (and probably wreck a WU or two in the process

) and let you know.
