looks like that 8+ hours of Two Towers yesterday cost me my place on the list LOL... was using the PC all day yesterday and then played Two Towers Epic Edition for at least 8, maybe 10 hours straight yesterday LOL.
oh well, both PC's have been crunching since Midnight last night.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

CONGRATS HARDER, WELL DONE!!
Interwebz is down. Got shut off lastnight, we forgot to pay to bill. :/
Woke up this morning and turned on the main rig, and it wouldn't even boot into windows. IDK what went wrong there. Finally got to messing with it, and if I could get it to go into windows, it would just throw out a "IRQ not equal to yadda yadda" or "NVdisp had quit responding" and I got sick of it so I'm currently reinstalling Win 7.
I hate days that start like this.

I'm not the new King . . .
I'm just the team member with the new target on his back.
I switched several cards over to other team members last night, some went to their normal accounts, some went to contest accounts.
I may switch a couple more over tonight . . . . depending on my mood.
Wifey's kind of given me the go ahead to get one new video card . . . have to see if I can weasel a MoBo and RAM out of that deal.
Anyway, my next paycheck puts us totally back in the black and leaves some room for future upgrades, starting with the following check.
No change of current plans for when I win my VA claim . . . Major up-grades will happen then and the team will benefit greatly at that point as well.

HA!!!
I Told You So, To All The Nay Sayer's (At Work, and a couple I know online), early winter here too...
this is our 2nd Snowfall in 3 days, actually about twice as much right now as we had on Friday/Saturday, as of this post.

First pic here is the Church and the Church Yard across the street from us.

Tree's haven't even had a chance to shed all or even most of their leaves yet before the fluffy stuff started to collect on them.
came home from work Saturday to a sh*t load of still partially green leaves all over the streets in town here, seems a lot of tree's are saying "To Hell With The Fall Color's!" and just discarding their leaves as is LOL.

Front yard through window, the 2 pines in the front seem to do a good job of shielding from the snow, as with the row of shrubs etc, along the west side of the house (in the 3rd pic you can see some of them, nice shady spot to hang out during the summer in the sun, especially if there's a gentle cool breeze during the day, used to be an old Drive way for the house we're in, so there's two rows of shrubs flanking the property lines on each side)i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

Yeah it snowed here too, but it all melted by today.
Oi, I think JJ is going to win the contest, but I'll keep my rig up anyway for the tiny bits of luck I might have.Intel Q6600 Quad Core Processor 2.4GHz

Wait....
I completely missed that there was a new thread.....
RAM arrived (thanks Net!) or rather, was collected, today....
Aaron, pub awaits....
I've seen the light... It was green, flashy and attached to a Network Interface Card...Whenever someone says "You can't miss it", I invariably do...

Different girls ... LOL! good catch though!
The girl i was talking to told me that i should only get dances from girls that looked like her and i did for my last dance. She had such a nice smile and we had a great conversation. LOL! Ive talked to a bunch of strippers over the last couple of weeks and this one was the best by far and actually holding her own in a conversation.

If I had a sli cable on 2 graphics cards, and accidentally gave 1 an electrostatic discharge, would the other be fried as well?

Oi, I don't know which ones are running, I just know what one was absolutely fried. I'm talking about my alienware laptop, and my replacement mxm card just came in (same as the one i fried) and I put it in the laptop, put the sli bridge on the one that is working and the one im not sure is fried or not, turned it on with no success, so I took off the sli bridge and still got no success. I don't know if that one is fried or not because it had the sli cable attached to that card and the one I absolutely fried. The laptop was off when I gave it the ESD, but I remember which side the spark was on, so I know which card was definitely fried.
For reference
1=The fried card
2=Not sure about card
3=Brand new card
1 and 2 had the sli cable attached to each other when I for sure fried 1 (thus making it 1..
) while the laptop was off. I took out 1, and put 3 in its place, hooked the sli cable back up from 2 and 3 and the screen still didnt turn on. Took off the sli cable from 2 and 3 and still didnt turn on. Is 2 also a fried card?
