For those that like running both GAH and FAH, if you use the new fah3 client and type in the gah techimo team number 1312896233 while configuring the client. It will download the core which crunch for genome. If you type the techimo team number for fah which is 111, it will download the fah core.
Both are the same client, so it shares nicely 50/50. Addded on the rc5 client, it too share nicely at 33/33/33 cpu.
Have not tried it on ud yet. Maybe somebody will beat me to it.
Happy crunching which ever DC cranks your rod.

Si senor, just like what you said. You are correct the old .99 gah client does not like to share except with eccp. Now since it came home to roost back to Stanford, it now play real nice with the new client. I use windows 2000 btw and I just download the FAH3console client on a central folder and copy it to separate folders. One for each project.
BTW, on the GAH if you stop before the sequence is finished it will go back to the last sequence just like .99.

But the old one still works right?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I mean, I got a bunch of genome genes not uploaded yet and I don't know if that will be a problem.!
Also, I tried what was suggested but I don't see it working.!

eagle1,
The .99 version still works just fine. I don't know why the error happened, but did you deleted everything on the folder and started fresh? Maybe just a bad download.
Last night I loaded the client and ran both projects on the same box. This morning I guess the assignment server for GAH3 was down and downloaded the FAH3 core and ran that gene. When I woke up I had two instances running FAH3. After the GAH3 client finished folding, it downloaded a Genome gene and started crunching for Genome. Posted the error message on Stanford site.
