I'm guessing they're using this to make the decision:
Having said that, relatively few people online know what my 'full legal' or actual name as it happens, my legal name is identical to my actual name is.....

So it really is just a single letter then for the first name?
Wow, I think your the first person I've known like that, seriously not joking. Usually its an initial for a name that starts with that letter if I see someone like that.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

NLM, you shouldn't feel too bad, your not the only one having troubles with G+...
Even Captain James Tiberius Kirk (William Shatner) Got his account Suspended/Closed for Violating the Terms Of Service (whatever terms that was that he violated, as no one has a clue as to why, other than possibly suspected for impersonating a Celebrity or something)
Digital Life - Shatner kicked out of Google+
Wow, Google+ is becoming quite the elite place to meet, and being admitted into this virtual social network is quite a task. First, the search giant started letting people in by invite-only. Next, it started kicking people (and groups) out. Hacking group Anonymous was removed for violating standards; and now William Shatner says he, too, was ejected (so to speak).
Shatner, who likes to tweet, everything from "Happy Canada Day to all!" to promoting his public appearances and TV shows, took his Google+ troubles to Twitter late Sunday, saying his Google+ "account was flagged for violating standards. Saying hello to everyone apparently is against the rules maybe I should say goodbye?"
Msnbc.com asked Google about the boot-out.
"We don't comment on the status of an individual's Google+ profile, so I cannot provide any specific details on William Shatner's profile," said a Google spokeswoman. "But, you can visit our Help Center and User Content & Conduct Policy to better understand our policies around Google profiles."
So we checked that policy, and found that the ways of getting kicked out of Google+ are numerous.
They include: Illegal activities; malicious products (such as transmitting viruses, malware or "any other malicious or destructive code"); hate speech; distributing other people's personal and confidential information ... without their permission (this would likely cover Anonymous' rejection); account hijacking; distributing child pornography; spam; trying to "manipulate ranking or relevancy using techniques like repetitive or misleading keywords or metadata;" gambling; distributing sexually explicit material ("Your Profile Picture cannot include mature or offensive content. For example, do not use a photo that is a close-up of a person’s buttocks or cleavage."); violent or bullying behavior; and using Google's products "to impersonate other people."
We don't know which, if any of those, Shatner did — nor does he, he says. But we do know for whatever reason, he's back and piloting his page again.
"I am back plusers!" he wrote Monday morning on Google+. " I still do not know what happened but I will refrain from saying hello again for a while just in case. My best, Bill."
Between that, and rejecting the hacker group Anonymous' Account, I wonder if it won't be long before G+ is hacked and brought down to its knee's as a retaliation of rejecting their account?i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

I was on newegg, and this is the Shell Shocker item for the end of today sometime:
Newegg.com - Antec Silent Passive Cooling Model Notebook Cooler Basic
I'm sitting here scratching my head and thinking WTF? This is nothing more than a slightly adjustable piece of metal to lift the laptops ass end up for better cooling.
I'm getting even MORE of a laugh from the idiots who have actually bought this and posted about how much better their laptop cools now compared from before.
And these are idiots using their laptop on a desk.
Apparently common sense completely evades them, the fact that they couldn't have simply just propped a phone book or something under the back side so its off the desk to get better airflow.
Sure the thing is made of Aluminum which would absorb some of the radiant heat from under the lappy, but its mainly designed to lift it off the desk, for better airflow and circulation, which like I mentioned a couple books at the back end would do the same thing.
I'm surprised some company hasn't started building collapsible adjustable legs into their laptops shells, sort of like keyboard legs, that would negate the need for some of these extra cost laptop coolers, aside from some of the more efficient/powerful active cooler designs.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

I can understand the tougher times with sales and what not, diversifying their product catalog and items they sell, but some of the crap their selling now, is just crazy, like the office supplies, such as Toilet Paper, single rolls? The shipping costs far more than the TP, and even the TP costs an absurd amount. for the price of a couple rolls I could easily shop at Walmart and pick up a 24 or 48 pack of TP that is not only better quality but softer on my Bum as well, instead of that sandpaper hair thin 2 ply crap most public restrooms have these days.
But their sales they do as well have slowly turned me off, when they put some items up for shell shocker deals, or specials. Some familiar items I notice tend to be sold for a couple bucks cheaper than normal, only because they raised the normal price they sell it for back to the MSRP or close to it, then they do the big cut in price. Say something is MSRP @ $100, and they normally sell it at $80. They'll raise the price to $95-100, and then sell it at $78 or $79 or so. And then throw in Free Shipping to dupe the consumers into thinking its a good deal, when yeah sure you may be saving a bit more overall on the deal, but normally, shipping cost excluded, its only a $1 or 2 less than normal. And may on a regular basis BE offered with free shipping as well. or even $3-ish range 5 or so day shipping.
Then there is the Rebates... raising the price of an item at or near the MSRP as above, or even sometimes just their normal price they sell it for, and advertise the After Rebate Price as the sale price, until you click the link to the site and see that the price is AFTER the mail in rebate is applied, which is NOT the price you pay at check out, so that right there is borderline shady marketing and advertising.
I would have thought Newegg would of learned a trick or two, NOT to do that, from their main Competitor, Tigerdirect, since thats a play from Their rule book. And why Newegg usually got a lot of Tigers former customers, because of the advertised sale prices and rebate scams. Best Buy has been known to do this as well, so thats another one Newegg should of learned from. Though at least Best Buy regularly lists AFTER REBATE in their ads instead of leaving that tid bit of info out, unlike some of Neweggs recent sales, and Tiger's past track record.
I still go to Newegg for the occasional GOOD, Honest Deal, but usually keep tabs on the Recertified and Open Box Items, and use them for Custom Build lists for people here and elsewhere.
But for most things with Cases, Cables, Heatsinks, and other odds and ends I don't usually shop newegg, but stick with sites like Frozen CPU and Performance PC's. Usually pay a tad more, but your getting better service, shipping and products in general, as well as no shady advertising scams.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

Seriously.... THIRTY FREAKING BUCKS, Not Including NINE DOLLARS in Shipping for a 20 pack of Ass Wipe?
Newegg.com - Kimberly-Clark Professional Cottonelle Bathroom Tissue Roll, 505 Sheets per Roll, 20 Rolls per Carton
and its the "Narrow Gauge" 4 Inch Wide crap as well.
My employer in last couple months recently switched to the narrower stuff, for "efficiency" reasons.
Sure this stuff may work great for some people, but a lot of us Americans have rather large fat asses, and we have to overlap the sheets to provide enough coverage when wiping or risk using our bare hands on some of it... so in the end, switching to narrower TP does NOT save anything, in fact it usually causes people to use MORE of it to provide enough poop chute coverage when wiping.
But back on topic, freaking $30? Nearly $40 when you add in shipping?
For that much cost, I could easily buy THREE of these 24 Packs... and still have enough money left over for a Magazine to read in the crapper as well.
LOL

Figured UPS would bash the hell out of it again, but guess not. Also figured they'd wait till the end of the day to get it here, guess not on that as well. Eek.... $400 more in upgrades? Ouch. I just looked up some pricing on a new 1TB WD Black HDD, Bluray Burner (figured get one if cheap enough, newegg has one for $80 which ain't too bad, Bluray Combo drives only cost about $10-20 less so might as well get one with BD Burning as well), Recertified GTX 470, and a Hauppauge TV Tuner (PCIe x1), and it all comes to under $400.
Then factor in aftermarket SATA II/III cables from FrozenCPU or Performance PC's, sound dampening for case side panels, and fresh tube of thermal paste. Looking at $400 or just over it.
on the bright side, for right now, in the next month I can get by with just getting the HDD for now, and use my SATA DVD drive for the time being.
Hopefully by October/November I'll be getting my 15 years recognition from Work and my $150 gift card to use online or at a regular store, see if I can use that for something on the PC, or whatever.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green
