    F@H error code =63 (99)

On my Dual Processor e7500 3.93GHX, 4 GB mem, 500TB Drive, XP OS, GTX 550 Ti GPU, 1000W PSU I am getting error=63 (99). Running standard client console Vers xp 641 ( latest ) but I was having the same issue on the previous version

Pande site recommended turning CUDA off, I did.

It downloaded the new FAHCORE_15 (which makes me wonder if this is a W7 only version but the download instructions said XP first in the list.

What other info do I need to supply? Oddly, it first says core successfully engaged, then after 5 tries it says it is going to sleep, (not an Unstable machine).

    Ideas?

    Thanks

Hey Net.. Have you tried deleting the folder and doing the clients again?

Are you not folding on the 550? If you are you should turn CUDA on...

For your E7500 do you mean 2.93 GHz...? 4Ghz is a hefty overclock and might be causing a problem.

Haven't tried deleting the entire folder but will do.

The 550 is what I am trying to fold on but the Stanford forum mentioned turning off CUDA!?

And, I should have typed 2.93GHZ, it was late, I was tired and frustrated...

Will advise. Not many folders left are there?

Not on this team... Most (including myself) have moved to other teams... Still contributing to the cause though!

Are you using the GPU3 console client for that 550? I don't get why they suggested turning cuda off??? Its the reason nvidia GPU's fold so well...

    Hang in there Net.

I have moved as well. I have a couple of laptops I will use to get over 3.1 Millions before I re-direct. Actually doing three (3) BOINC projects too.

I am using the new GPU 3. And I just noticed that the download has a cudart.dll file so I turned CUDA back on.

And you too, take it slow and easy.

    Thanks
