Hey folks, don't be afraid to run this client just because it's 'pre-release'.

Currently we're in 1st Place , let's see if we can stay there!

All the DP's produced before the official release of a client will count, so even if you can't join the team yet, run it until you can . . . then keep running it!

Spread it on!

For those that wonder about the client when it is shut down . . .

"What happens when the client is shut down?"

The stats server is being "worked" on. Just hold tight and keep crunchin'. Once it's back up, you will most definately see it here.

Don't quit though!

FeLine from ARS has a page up w/ instructions on running ECC2 on *nix boxes.

I have it on two, works fine thus far.

Keep in mind, this is not from the people that are running the project, this was done during his own time. Be sure to stop by ECC2-109 Forum and give him a big "Thnx!".

How is the speed on the linux box compared to windoze?? Keeping in mind the similar hardware specs.

More fasterer. I'd say at least 20 IT/s faster. Probably more, but I can't see that box from here.
