Can't send ECCp-109 points

Can't send eccp-109 points with new client. I get the following message:

Is anyone else having a problem?

I'm sure someone can answer as to why you can't send to the ND server. If you want to sent them using virus's proxy replace your "ini" file with the one below and you should be able to dump your pts......

Thanks for the idea. I reinstalled the old client and sent in the points.
