I have ECCp109sv running on 2K. I have entered "sendpoints" in a DOS prompt and it shows "997" on the next line. Is that how many points are waiting to be sent? If so, I set my interval to "00:00:30", so it should try to send the points every 30 seconds, right?

cant say as I tried to send from the dualies.
They are in the lab, and not on the net
I just stop, copy the dplist files to disk, and send them from another PC on the net.

Okay, I did it the easy way. Won't it try to send duplicate points next time I copy the files again? |

just MOVE the files to floppy, then it will create new ones.
The DPLIST file is created fresh if you move it, the one without any .ext thing
I have not had any problems doing it this way, at least that I know of
once on the Internet PC, backup your current dplist file, then move them off the floppy to the eccp folder.
Then launch the eccp exe and send the points.
after one finishes, stop it, delete the dplist file and rename the dplist1 file to dplist, re-run eccp, and send again.
Let us know if its working for ya.
Check the statsaholic site, or ND to check your points |

Update:
You have to actually be running it as a "service". I was just running it in a DOS prompt. After I did the "eccp109sv -i", I did a "sendpoints" and all was good. After that, I did "eccp109sv -u" and went back to running it at a DOS prompt.
I feel I have more control when I do it in a DOS prompt. So I can actually see the activity. |

As of this date:
Dually PIII 933 - Home
PIII 933 - Work
Athlon 900 - Work
PIII 733 - Work
PIII 550 - Home
PIII 450 - Work
K6-2 450 - Home
All the work machines are ones I actually use at work everyday. And, of course, the home machines are ones I use at home everyday. The Dually PIII is SOON going to be an FTP server from home. The PIII 550 is for "play". And the K6-2 450, well, I just have that for ECCp.
Thnx btw! |

I noticed that at least one in the herd has a typo. You have 2 sets of numbers going through the Statsaholic web site. 1-EvilRick, and the second as "evilrick". ......Look in the "user inf" file and you should be able to find/edit the problem......

I'll have to check the ones at home later.
Update:
I checked both machines here, and they both have "EvilRick", I'm not real sure why it would have an "evilrick" show up.
Udate 2:
I found the culprit, my 98SE machine had "evilrick@yahoo.com" in the userinf.txt file. It's been fixed and I let "virus" know at statsaholic.
