Just was checking my FaD settings on my secondary cow. Found that my team number was set to zero!! Boy, was I POed.
I have no idea how long it has been like this. The moral of this: check your setups often.

That would explain why all my jobs are not being counted in the daily stats...

One of my machines was also set to 0.

It must have reset after an update, as it has been ok up until about a week or so ago. The machine is basically a dumb box with no monitor, keyboard or mouse, so it hasn't been set to 0 by accident.

Does anyone know if I will get those jobs back to TechIMO, or are they lost forever?

yes when you make the change in the FAD app it will relocate your points over to TIMO .. just don't uninstall it and reinstall to a new team then you will lose your poitns to my understanding

Cool, thanks vass0922 - I thought it probably would, but wasn't sure as team none basically doesn't exsist anymore.

Im glad I saw this. My lappy was set at zero also and although it has only completed on 5 jobs, it still is 5 jobs. I also noticed that my nickname was off too sending all my stuff under that name. I don't know why that would matter anyway. I thought that all data, no matter what, would be sent to the appropriate email addy alleviating all of these type of problems.

Email addy and nick need to be the same, I think. It doesn;t automatically allocate just becuase the email addy is the same.

Just beware of changing team numbers, everyone: if you change your team number in just ONE solitary cow accidentally, and it's a HIGHER number, trhen ALL of your points from ALL of your cows will go to that team. A few of us accidentally did this when starting the Oz FAD team (OCAU), and worried a few here at TIMO for a short time.

The best way to be safe with multiple networked cows is to run a single queue server, IMO. Then you only have one single setup control panel to get wrong.

Cheers
Mick

The pc that had been set to 0 had completed about 20 jobs that have not shown up in our daily stats, thinking that they had gone to team none, I had a look through their stats.

I cant see me or my wu's anywhere.

Any ideas?
