[FAD]It's gettin' hot in here!
I always read about you guys w/ a bunch of PCs talking about how it's hotter in your room and all that.
Yeah right, I thought.
Well, I've got 4 going in here right now, will shoot for five tomorrow (3 1700s, one at 2600) a celery 466 (soon to be a tualatin celeron @ 1.1Ghz) and a celery 333 (soon to be the 466
) I've got the ceiling fan on high and the ac at 70 over here and it's about 80 in this room!
One will leave at the end of next week, but until then, I'm giving it the burn in test w/ FAD
What's everyone else running?

I don't know what my room temperature is, According to the system monitor it's 22 in here now but somehow I don't think that's correct (I'm not even sure what it's measuring)
My CPU temps tho are pretty good for my bigger PC's (2.16Ghz XP @46c, 1.95Ghz XP @43c)
I don't really notice these ones heating up this room, but the window is always open so it tends to follow outside temps since I have no AC down here, I just have one on the second floor keeping the bedrooms cool.

My cpu runs around 50. Thats cuz my room is upstairs, its 100 outside, and I only got one AC vent that moves air slower than my grampa taking a pee.
Good job, friend-of-friends!

Well I did have 8 pc's in here until a break-in last night
down to 6 - Bastards just grabbed the nearest things and legged it.
I have ac on 24/7 in here and the temps on the fastest two are XP2.5@3.2 is 35.1c & XP2.1@2.7 is 42.6 c. The others are around 40 c.
Before I got an ac unit, the ambient temp in here got upto mid fortys and the computers crashed big time.

Sorry to hear that Win2k,
I really wish people would learn to EARN what they get and not take from other people, then again that would put me out of a job.
The human race is proving that they are 100% incapable of living with eachother without taking/harming eachother in one form or another.
How are we ever going to thrive as a complete planet when everyone is so hellbent on taking things from other people (capatalists too)

It becomes a way of life,
( Cars broken into / up / vandalised = 41 times, house broken into = 3 times )
Now I live in a better part of the country!
I couldn't change society, so I changed my location!

Too bad you can't even defend yourself in your country anymore! I think every one of my neighbors has guns and we all watch out for each other. I feel sorry for the poor SOB that tries breaking into my house. What am I saying? No I don't... they get what they deserve!
Okay, I'll get down off my soap box now,
I know the temp in my DC room stays about 4 to 5F above the rest of the house. I'm running a 2800+, a 1800+ and a 666 Celery (soon to be replaced by a 2500+). I keep the door open to the room and my A/C's return is right across the hall, so it doesn't get too bad in there. Unfortunately, my electric bill is getting bad!

I had a blood test once. I failed so they kicked me out of the hospital.
