Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Rumored for PS3

Reports on the Internet today have suggested that Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion will be coming to both the PS3 & PSP.
"At present we have no announced plans to bring Oblivion to any platforms other than PC or Xbox 360," said Pete Hines, Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations at Bethesda Softworks

Just rumors but still would be cool if they did.

M$ and Bethesda are pretty tight. Besides, the rumor shuts itself out when it said possible for PSP.

Sony don't have much to lose on this though, I mean Oblivion sales didn't come close to any Final Fantasy titles and they did a bad job of porting it to the Xbox 360, they'd do even worse on the PS3 without a doubt.

Oblivion is a PC game, if Sony parade it as a PS3 game they'r going to lose credibility, you sell systems when you have big sellers that are system exclusives not PC ports.

Still I guess for some people it would be a system seller but for me personally it's not a big deal, bring on FF, Fable 2 would be a real threat to the PS3 now, totally Xbox 360 exclusive not a port that performs better on another platform.

Makers of Oblivion 4 said that as of right now it will not be on any other console then the Xbox 360 and PC

Won't make it to the PS3.. a reason to buy a Xbox 360 for all you Sony guys or if you own a decent PC maybe not
