Rare common sense: Utah governor vetoes underage game bill
from Ars Technica:
A well-intentioned but poorly written bill covering the sales of M-rated video games has been vetoed by Utah's governor. It's a rare example of a politician choosing to avoid a court fight over bad legislation.
