SG, enemy territory is a freebie download so yes it would be legal.
i would try downloading frome a different source and reinstalling. it sounds like it didnt install correctly or it got corrupted. although "sendpacket" sounds internet-ish
    I don't like signatures.

    Question Help Internet Connection closes

I have a desktop running XP and a laptop runing Vista.
They are connected to a DSL broadband connection via a wireless N router and a DSL modem.

Every time I run RTCW on either machine, while I have an internet connection, my internet connection goes down. I get a message that a network cable is un plugged and I only have local connectivity. As soon as I close RTCW, the connection fixes itself.

    Anybody else have this problem.

I am spyware free and my hijack this log is clean.

    Thanks for any input!

Sorry, I was trying to run RTCW Enemy Territory.
Also when running it on the Desktop or the Laptop, the internet connection on both is lost.

Sorry not heard of that before.

I have ET running on main PC and other lap tops and PC's going through the same router and no problems at all.

Are you trying to go multiplayer online or against the computer with RTCW?

    problem connecting to wargamez.dk

Hi all, this might seem a strange question, but i need some help downgrading ET. I've been playing it for years, and i recenty re-installed the game. After this, it did not work properly (heavy lags already in main menu). After downloading this 2.60 patch, it works again. But now I cannot connect to the only servers i play - wargamez.dk (the standard 6 maps non xps, i like that). It says that the server uses an older version of the game. Can somebody help me with this issue? Thanks alot!
