Not being able to save anywhere in a game
Yes, that is annoying "not being able to save anywhere in a game", but
it isn't a deal-breaker for me. Lots of great games don't allow save
anywheres, like Halo, Medal Of Honor, etc
As long as it is a good quality game that is easy to learn, fun to
play, a fair price, and has lots of replay value, then I won't regret
buying the game. Games that fit this mold for me (save anywhere) are
Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Command & Conquer, Diablo, etc
Opinions anyone?

rtcw was alright. no real replay value.
have played C&C
diablo was always enjoyable because you had different characters with different abilities. but i dont think you can save anywhere. you have to save in town

Depends on the game. Morrowind and Neverwinter Knights I found it important. I mostly play MMORPG's so its not an issue.
