Far Cry Patch Problems!!!

It's just a few months, maybe they just did not have anything to say At least my comment that the solution from namal1987 worked is worth it. I searched and tried for days to get that game running. Can not be wrong to say it worked for me, can it?

I guess you won't be hearing from me again anytime soon either. It's not often that I have problems I need help with or am able to help someone else, it's not like I am browsing around trying to help everybody I come across

Any way i am so happy if someone fixed the problem using my guidance .

i have downloaded this game via torrent(torrents are so popular for pirated versions LOL)

PLEASE INSERT THE CORRECT CD-ROM. PRESS OK AND RESTART APPLICATION
usually this error occurs with problem with patch,
try to find another patch via internet & overwrite the file & see,
and even my suggested patch method will also fix this kind of problems hopefully
& guys there are 2 DLL files called msvcp71.dll & msvcr71.dll which should be present inside the Bin32 folder of far cry, i ll advice you to check those if you are getting "PLEASE INSERT THE CORRECT CD-ROM. PRESS OK AND RESTART APPLICATION" error.

Is there any way i can attach those files in to this thread, so you guys can get maximum use of it , or please send an email to wanninayake1987@hotmail.com, i ll send you those files

careful, as was posted above already.

Cracks, and any other illegal stuff related to that are not to be discussed on these forums as per Forum rules. You'll have to go else where for that info.

This includes torrents for downloading pirated games/software.

note how a few posts above that, the admins removed their links and info.





I wouldn't post an email address out in the open like that, unless you want people obtaining it and sending junk mail and spam to the address.

as to posting the files, you could do that, but as a general rule its wise not to download files like that from strangers, never know what could be in them. dll files, exe files, etc.

you could use the Private Message system here to do that, but I wouldn't recommend out in the open on the forums for that stuff.
