Ok, This is one of the games I cant wait to come out.
Currently only these vehicles are known to be in Battlefield 2
UH60K Helicopter
AH1Z Cobra Helicopter
M1A1 Abrams Tank
T72 Tank
F-15E Fighter Jet
M977 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle. HMMWV
Currently only these weapons are known to be in Battlefield 2
M16A4 Service Rifle
M16A2 M203 attachment system
AK74M With GP25s
M249 SAW Machine gun
Javelin Anti-Tank
DSHK mounted machine gun
50. cal mounted machine gun
M4A1
Currrently there are 5 classes planned:
Assault
Sniper
Special Ops
Combat Engineer
Anti-tank
Online multiplayer action with 100+ players on the PC.
All-new gameplay engine brings the immense locations to life complete with realistic physics and dynamic lighting.
Maps scale to the number of players engaging in battle for a unique and intense experience every time.
Take control of over 30 land, sea, and air vehicles, including tanks, helicopters, hovercraft, fast attack vehicles, and fighter jets.
Choose to battle as U.S., Chinese, or Middle East Coalition troops, each with their own unique arsenals.
A variety of solider classes to choose from, including Assault, Sniper, Special Ops, Combat Engineer, and Anti-tank units.
Join a squad or select the new Commander Mode to assume the strategic role of a battlefield commander directing his forces.
New state-of-the-art weapon systems, including heat seeking missiles and laser designated bombs.
Material penetration feature makes sure players know the difference between cover and concealment.
Character Persistence and Growth. With in-game success, players increase their rank and unlock awards, including new weapons, vehicle decals, medals and more.
Earn ranks ranging from Recruit all the way to General.
Full in-game community support including, buddy lists, stat tracking, live chat rooms, and in-game clan creation.
Voice-over IP supported with USB headset.
Ability to record every game with the new Battlefield TV.
Mod Developement Tools to be released before actual game.

well, by saying it might be a full version of DC is not a bad thought, but considering the graphics, destructable environments, vehicles, and weapons its gonna be a lot better.

Shabow, your kinda right. Thats just what happend to me and Vice city, thats why im not really hyping up for San Andreas. (dont get me wrong it'l prob be good)

Even if it's only as good as BF:V, I'll like it.
I hope there's a bunch of city maps. I'm not a big fan of the mile long country maps that 1942 sports.

This is another on a long list of games I gotta buy :/ but anyway I'm sure they'll be city maps with small or no vehicles, because there's always someone who prefers to just run around and shoot things.
Personally, when done right, I love the combined arms aspect these games bring about. When you have that rare match where the infatry are supporting the tanks which are supporting the infantry and the flyboys are keeping the airspace safe... ahh it is a thing of beauty

Ya thank god I'm building a new PC, but ya I read up on its like a little futurist, but the DC makers are helping this project though.

i wonder if i should ponder upgrading my computer with money i dont have..... stupid college books..... i could buy a new low end computer every semester with my book money... heck i could buy a decent gaming system every year if i saved it... but no.....i have to be an engineer and pay $100-$150 per book.... stupid profs.....

so far i spent about $575 this semester on books and "supplies" and that doesnt count paper, pencils, notebooks.... that is only what was required of me after the first day of class
