Guildwars seems to be good, but it won't be out for at least a couple months. I think they're going to have open betas once a while.
I've heard that Star Wars: Galaxies is great, but I think it's based on Everquest, so it might be a dead end for you.
A few people here play Lineage or Lineage 2. And some people play World of Warcraft, but that's still in beta and you have to beg to get in or something. |

Is it through the Xbox or PS2 internet or is it a PC mmorpg? |

| World of Warcraft. The game should be coming out somewhat soon now. I'll have an updated article published sometime in the near future. |

City of Heroes is nice. It's more action oriented than most other MMORPG's only downside to it IMHO is it can get a bit old after you've been playing it for a couple months. The dev's are trying to fix it though and the game is much more exciting at higher lvls than it was at launch. If your tired of MMORPG's where you spend alot of time camping spawns, hunting for that +5 gloves of uberness, or your a big comic fan then City of Heroes will definately be worth it for you.
Some other ones to watch out for are World of Warcraft and EQ II that are coming soon.
World of warcraft will be launching an Open beta sometime within the next week or 2 so you might want to take advantage of that opportunity to get to try an awsome MMORPG for free.
