why is it that ff7/ff8's cgi backgrounds on pc look messed up?, on psx they obvioulsy look normal, so why is it on pc they look deformed? thanks for any advice that may.will surface

It because the background where made in a lower resolution for the TV, and for the PC you have a higher definition..
