I think Chip was close... I havent logged in awhile in burning legion to check him...
Biz... Tier 1.5 will make you want more gold...
You will need quite a quantity to complete the set.

there is no tier 1.5 well not yet any way im sure blizz will throw us some thing to distract us from there ageing and glitched servers.
