so...with all the easily bemused n00bs moving on to Age of Conan, perhaps the trade channels will no longer be used for instant messaging. yeah...I can wish, right?
This is finals week, so starting next week I'll finally be able to knuckle down and get some real playing time in. My main's only 43, and I'd like to see him at 60 before I leave for camp at the start of June.
thanks for linking that vid, bizkit. that was epic.

The wild life just dont sit there and wait for you to enter the zone and to be killed, they go around even when no one is in the zone, for an example, a small pack of wolf's will roam the landscape hunting for anything they can kill and eat as in real life, bandits will roam the areas they will chop down trees and gather wood for the camp fire, some will skin some rabbit they just killed for lunch a few will keep a guard post, than they shift change and they get to enjoy the rabit, untill they finaly move on to hunt players and other lone Npc's
than you gather stone, wood, metal, and more to build your town with your guild, only one profession is alowed and one gathering, guilds have to work as one to get anywhere as a guild not like in wow where the only time you see other guild members is when you raid once in a while, of course there will be solo game as well and you can be hired by guilds to handle there dirty work and so on.
I'm looking forward to the game and still keeping wow untill or if i decide to switch. |

Unfortunatly i think it will mainly be people who can aford an alright computer that might be moving and sense it is a mature game i dont think many kids will be able to convince where mommys to upgrade there computer so they can play a game with a lot of blood and nudity in it
still wow is fun, any im sure many will play both. |

Guys... it awesome that blood and nudity will become the new standard for win... this will surely smash WoW...
/end of sarcasm
Evidently you have forgotten why WoW is so damn popular... It runs in almost every system with at least 512 ram and a weak graphics card... It covers millions of systems.
HI GFX demanding games are doomed in conception due that they reduce greatly the playerbase due they require a lot and offer a weak experience most of the time. |

Iunno why they didn't do that yet... |

General chat was like that in the past. They disabled world chat after massive spamming.
It was worse than the Trade CHannel is now. At least the trade channel can only be seen while in a city. Just imagine having it all the time. That was how general use to be.

ya but they could make a general city chat. It'd keep random farming and questing people out but leave a place for conversation that didn't intefere with trade. |
