I have been doing run around on the edges of Arathi Highlands to get all of my herbs. Seems to be the only place where I can get a stack of Goldthorn, Wild Steelbloom, and Fadeleaf all at once. 20g fixed price for training, and 80g for a mount.

Wow. Looks like I need to do more mining, my friend made me re-spec my Shaman because according to him it "sucked" and I "fluxed up the build", so that was 10g down the tubes. I also plan on starting a character so I can do herbalism and sell it on the AH, then send everything I get to my main.

Mounts are too expensive... I'm level 35 though, so I've got a little while.

Thats why I love Paladins, free mount. Got it last night. Off the hook. Although I've heard the epic mount for the Paladin is an egregious series of quests.

And if you are playing on Horde (Which you should) you get a free mount with the Warlock class.

Yep, I did a run through SM last night and got that plant. Then some idiot feared and mobs came from everyhwere so we all died.

I have a guy in a guild I just joined that is willing to buy herbs from me at a higher price than the AH to help me get money for my mount quicker.

Actually its 90 because Mount + training its 100G - 10% (honored status, you will have this since you can only buy a mount from your race, unless you wait to be revered with another race) = 90G total to get mount and training....

yeap thats right if your just friendly with the town if you are honored its about 80g for training and the mount.

killing for a herb is nothing i watched 4 horde and 5 alliance battle it out for a theronium vein. after about 3 min another rogue snuck up and took it..

as for the herbs your server seems kinda cheap for the herbs for 10 mongoose potions ( 2x plaguebloom and 2x moutain silversage) it cost me 36g just for 2 stacks.. i think tho that makeing the potions and selling them will be more profitable able ive seen 1 mongoose potion go for 5g and that seems to be the norm now on my server.

on a similar note if you ever need help im almost done with the lvling thing and need to find some thing to do between MC runs so send me a tell. btw if you realy work on lvling in instances you will find you lvl ver fast and have very good weapons and armour. im lvl 58 right now and have only owned the game for 48 days ( and i have a job to go to so im not on there 24/7).

dont you jsut love stupidity based wipes

from what i have seen there are also some herbs in the library instance ( near the beast master in a side room) also in the foutain in the cathedral instance, and finaly there is plaguebloom in the grave yard instance... dont know if that will help any one. also when you get to about lvl 48 ish go to maraudon there is alot of herbs in the first parts of the instance.
