Along with mingyu01 suggeestion. Try cleaning your registry with RegClean (google it). Turn of Background apps, especialy Messanger, firewall and antivirus stuff. then try to install again.

the best solution i could give u is to make a copy of ur cd and get a differnet game so u can have 2 GAMES

Speaking of those things. Since you have a valid copy and licsense.... you could try d-loading it and just use your key. ( I guess that would almost be legal.)
It seems to be something with that computer. you say it works on other computers. If possible humor me and try swapping CD drives from one that it works on. what you have happening is either a hardware or software error. the question is which one is it? lets see how many we can eliminate.
