yeah thats what I was going at with asking him if he had a router.
but he said he didnt have one.
If he doesnt have one thats a simple solution, buy a router and set up a static IP on for that machine on the router, and then set up port forwarding to port 27015 to the static IP of the server and set up the DMZ in the router settings to the static IP of the server.
Or if you have a spare machine laying around, put two NICs in that and use that as a router.
