EVE is a superb game, ive been playing for about 7 months and im still finding out new things every day  it does take a lot of learning but its worth it. My character is called Commander Tycho

why isnt there full screen or options for audio etc. the audio isnt in eax or anything
Tis learning turns me off bigtime

I've never played before... What happens when your big expensive battleship gets blown up? Do you respawn in the hospital with an exp penalty or something? | |

Well, for starts you get insurance, so you can insure your big expensive ships and reduce your losses and if you get killed you will re-awaken as your clone, different types of clone keep different amounts of exp. When you start off you will have low exp, but as you progress and get more exp you will have to buy a new clone to keep up with your skills.
there is a lot to learn at first in eve, but there is a tutorial that should explain most aspects | |

yeah, i wanna try EVE. sounds like fun. i really like the graphics. i think i'll try the 14 day free trial. is it advisable for me to join a corp, asap? | |

Wow looks really awesome...does this game require a joystick for best results (fun/control/etc) or can the mouse suffice?
I'll give it a shot when I get home this weekend.
