CS:S Question

I took this information from the console after opening CS:S

Could someone please go through each of them lines, and explain to me what each one of them means please?

Because im constantly getting system freezes when trying to play CS:S & HL:S hopefully this will shed some light on the matter

Lol i dont use Cheats!
That is the console from a fresh install.

ive had it say the cheats message before.. that was just before bad RAM fried my hard drive.. so um... good luck
