Sorry to ask this but...

My strength for some odd reason is lower than it's supposed to be (it's in red), I have no diseases, no anything like that, that I can think of. I went to pray at the chapel to revive me, but I can't because I am claimed as a sinner due to me being in the thieves guild?

Any clue how to get it back to normal?

It depends on why your attribute is in the red. If it is due to a disease you have to cure taht disease first.

Once that is done you can either buy a spell to restore an attribute or buy a potion. Either way that will sort it for you.

Also with regard to getting blessings from the chapels again you just need to do some good deeds to get your fame above your infamy.

I have a serious question to ask about the main quest in obvlivion.

Has anyone ever had where when you wen't into mankar camoran's palace he is not their? I have waited for hours and he's yet to show up... I try talking to ruma and raven (the children of Mankar) and they say the same shit they said before. She tells me to go where she is going and he is not even moving! What sucks the worst is I am stuck in here and i can not get out because the doors have been "seeled". If anyone has had this problem or knows how to solve it please let me know. My last saved checkpoint is when I entered the "paradise" and I do not want to do all that work all over again.
