    Video Capture

I am currently using FRAPS (unregistered) to record my games, but it seems to be a bit demanding and because I haven't bought it, I'm limited to 30 secs of recording...I was just wondering if you guys knew of recording software for free (of course :P) that seems to run well while capturing.

Thanks in advance and happy gaming .

I wish I could tell you but I don't know of anything else.

Those recordings take up a whole lot of space though, so it's near impossible to send them to anyone in a short amount of time.

They are large because if they took time to compress them while you were playing you probably wouldnt be able to play you can compress them once you are done playing with DivX, xVid, WMA, or quicktime and send quickly. As for the original questionI dont know of anything other than FRAPs which is what I use.

I don't care about space really..I have quite a bit of space to burn..roughly 70gb..which should be at the very least a couple hours of gameplay...and I'll never record for that long....I was just looking for something that didn't have a 30 second limit..because I'm still broke :P lmao.
