Blizzard has already said that they will be releasing an expansion pack for WoW every year now, and a new Graphics Engine for WoW is in the works (Last I heard it was the Unreal 2 engine since WoW currently runs off the Unreal engine. Makes it a lot easier for porting over)


If they make a WoS they will lose a lot of their WoW player base for the new game.

Well still they will have the hold of the costumers either wow or starcraft.... Altought making it an MMO will be kind of weird..

But well its Blizzard they have always succeed in their games...

We will have to wait for the final world...

Some things to consider:

1. It wont be in direct competition for WoW, since it will be more of a space based game than a fantasy one. Some people prefer one over the other.

2. It probably won't be out for another 2 years or so, so WoW will still have time to make more money. WoW will not be able to stay at 7 million plus subs forever anyway.

3. Lots of people will play both anyway.

Well after the success of World of Warcraft... counting the million of accounts they have x 15 makes quite a large sum of cash.

Another MMO in the works is a no brainer...

I know two guys in another guild that work for Bungie... And they teased us that they cannot say what it is but IT IS REALLY COOL...

This may still not be 100% confirmed.

According to CVG, Blizzard will reveal a World of StarCraft-style massively multiplayer online title in Korea next month at the Blizzard World Invitational.

This is according to CVG, and until Blizzard officially gives word, I am not believing it, since rumors fly like crazy with big franchises.
