yeah I was dissapointed with the test, too me SOF2 just looked like a CS Mod for Quake 3 with very bland inviroments and bad graphics. |

I thought it looked like CS also. I did play it for about an hour just now and didnt think the graphics were that bad. It did have the "cartoonish" feeling effect though. I will stay with TO:AOT being released this coming week...April 23rd I believe. |

I didn't think the graphcis were to bad.. I even liked the graphics for the most part.. but the lag was beyond belief. the only server I could half way play on was one in Japan..
The board did feel a bit basic.. but it was a first multi player test map.. I'm guessing it was absic for a reason.. I enjoyed the first game allot.. so I'll wait and give this second one a chance.. they really do need to fix the lag problem..
it may have felt like CS b/c of the mission based add in.. but it also had pure death match.. which I thought was fun.. it left u keep on respawning.. grabbing weapons.. and cutting ppl down.. that is if u didn't just stop dead b/c of LAG..
ohh and did I mention lag? =) |

soldier of fortune is good for one thing...single player with tons of gruesome violence. more then any other game. At least that's what made part 1 so unique.
