FXII PlayOnline registration problems.

I recently bought FXII from the shops and when i got it home and tried to install it my PlayOnline launcher didn't work, i assumed because I'm on Windows vista. So i downloaded the vista version but when I entered the registration code it doesn't work. Can anyone help me with this, is it becasue I'm on vista?

same thing happens to me, i am also on vista. its a pain in the rear end, but i think you will find its final fantasy XI not XII

Hi, i have the same problem i bought a new final fantasy xi 2007 collection, all well wraped when i get home and install the game i got problem whit vista, so i downloaded the playonline viewer for vista, i intall the viewer, did the update, and when it ask me the registration code it simply continue to give me "wrong registration code" (i repeat the game is new and nobody open it before me), i try to use also the registration code in the vana'diel buddy pass, but neither that one works....
I'm really piss actually, i try also to contact playonline (via email and phone) whit out any answer...
Please someone can help me??

Heya i have the same problem. Unable to use registration code o.o And im using Vista too. lol.
Wtf is this? Hmmm im gonna try Install Client on a other pc and register there. I hope it will work lol xD If it does im SO gonna contact PlayOnline about this. Lol! ^^ *goes to install on XP Pc*

I have installed Final Fantasy XI and it wont take my Visa credit/Debit card. I have the money in the account but it wont take it. Anyways I was wondering if anyone can give me a link were I can Sign up for PlayOnline at?

Mine's the same problem. I used to play FF11 on XP with this playonline code, now im trying with Vista and it refuses to accept it even after I've downloaded that client thingy too so. This sucks.
