FFXI help!!

I have the free trial for FFXI and it is fully installed. I am at the update step in the process but i have to register first. So it ask for a registration code and i get one from https://secure.playonline.com/freetrialus/top.html and it sends a registration code to my email but when i enter the code an error message pops up saying the code is invalid. Please Help!!

Get another code? Call support from Play Online. Use one of your three life lines.
