how do i make additional ID for PSN?

question 1:
i want to make additional ID for playstation 3's online. where do i go? i cant find a way.

question 2:
also can i make the additional ID as admin as well as the first ID?

nevermind got it. jus need to make new system name then go to network to make new id.

Just make another user on your ps3, and then create another psn account with a different email. viola!
