Corrupt .exe file?

Not sure where the appropriate forum is for this problem...

I downloaded the Tactical Ops AoT 315 v2 mod for UT... and for some reason the darn .exe won't run. It just pops up an error saying it's not a valid Win32 application. Got any ideas? I'm lost...

You happen to try d/ling it again... if you where having lot's of programs running while d/ling ... could be.. or justt the d/l itself
