Most online games offer in game chat so that doesn't help much and given the little info you are giving it could be just about any site...are you talking flash or java based games or actual traditional games like those offered via gametap and onlive?

    Yeah that's a thought

What you are talking about, or at least what I assume you are talking about, is cloud based gaming and there are only a few sites that I know of that are doing it and most aren't live yet. OnLive is one of a few - OTOY is another that is launching soon and Gaikai is the third. Those or all the ones that I've heard of although there may be a few more that are laying in wait.

All my games from Steam had to be downloaded, so I'm not sure what you are talking about.

All of Steams games have to be downloaded. There is not a single app/game that i can think of in their offerings that is just loaded on the "site" or the launcher. Even that has to be downloaded and installed.

Well, I'm pretty sure steam has like 75% of the digital distribution market share, so that's really the place to go. I know gamestop also has a similar service on their website, can't really think of anything else though.
