Old skool racing
In the '70s and '80s it seemed normal to walk into an arcade and find a steering wheel attached to an arcade cabinet. Which treasured racing gaming experiences can you recall from the pre Gran Turismo days? Console and PC are included too naturally. Pole Position was hard to beat.

Pole Position was an arcade favorite of mine way back when. I remember some of the machines were "unlocked" and had a much higher top end. My 'initials' (usually the top score) I used were always DUI.

Pole Position was good. What made it even better was the arcade I used to go to also had a race track outside with small Indy cars you could race. They had snowmobile engines in them and you even had to get a license to drive them. They were fun!
