    CS 1.6 - Fps

I have a GeForce 8600GT and I haven't had this problem and i've been playing for quite awhile..

ok so when I run CS, the fps is like 20..then when I open Servers, it lowers to like 11..then when I also open options, it lowers to 7-8

When I go in a server the Fps just changes so fast between numbers I cant tell what it is and now looks choppy, because before it used to be 99-100 Fps, but now its not at 100fps anymore, any ideas of what I can do to make it 99-100 again..

other info: while im in a server, then I hit either esc to see servers or just shift+tab for friends, it lags bad and even my typing and my ping seems to rise

if anyone can find a solution or has had this problem or know whats going on please help, thanks.
