Hello, as topic says i have some problems patching bf2.

Currently i have 1.1 and im trying to install 1.41, it looks like the patch is completing the install and it even shows a messege that says its complete, but when i start the game its still 1.1

I use Vista but has checked in that i want to start it with XP SP2. Still no progress.
i have tried downloading the patch from several websites and it still wont work.
Im pretty sure i saw somewhere that i dont need any special previous patch to install 1.41 but i can be wrong.

Please help
