Steam account (possibly) hijacked

So I came home from work yesterday afternoon and decided I'd play me some BF:BC2. Well usually Steam auto logs me in , but this time it asked me to log in which I thought was strange. After entering my username and password a message popped up and informed me that I was logged in on another computer, which is wrong because I've never used Steam on a different computer. So I restart Steam, try it again and I get the same message. So immediately afterwards I change my password for Steam. I get the email verification and everything, I try it again with the new password and same message comes up.

So now I'm like WTF!? I then start filling out a support ticket on Steam and giving them the last 4 digits of my credit card, a picture of the cd-key from The Orange Box and a screenshot of the proof of purchase from my last transaction. I'm wondering if this will be enough proof for them?

I'm also baffled at how it was hijacked in the first place. I never used my username and password on any site, just the Steam login. I reformatted my PC 2 weeks prior to this and I only visited the same 5 or 6 legit websites, so a keylogger is unlikely, however I ran malwarebytes in safe mode and nothing came up. Also my password consists of numbers and letters.

I've also reformatted the PC (again) and changed all my passwords for everything, and just got done installing Steam. Just wondering your thoughts on this and if this has happened to any of you what the turn around time for getting the account back is.

EDIT: So after Steam installed (after my reformat) I changed the password again, and it tells me that I am logging in from a new computer and I have to enter an access code (which I've done reformats before and it never asked me that). Should I go ahead and accept and see if I can get through this time? By the way it's worded, it's saying both computers will have access to this account (which I'm still only using the same PC)
