There's a cave on the eastern side of the island(don't remember exactly) where you can pick
up a steel two-handed sword called 'Chemsye', or something like that, that is pretty powerful! it's loaded with three defensive enchantments!

Only Daedric item I've found so far is a dagger. Most my weapons and armour are Ebony.

the dmg the daedric dia-katana deals is so:

    chop. 1-60
    slash. 1-52
    thrust. 1-30

now add in a spall on the blade (I normaly use paralyze.. as I can take my time with enemies then.. just enchant the blade with a Asended Sleepers soul.. and u will have plenty of charges..) and u will be one big bad mother.. =)

also adding enchantments to everything helps.. u can add enchantments to cloths belts.. rings chains.. armor.. pants.. shirts.. just about anything..

damb I thought I knew where this sword was, I went to the location that I remembered it was in, went to the queens chamber but no, maybe I got it wrong.

Anyways while searching for that location I came across a Daedric Claymore

    chop. 1-60
    slash. 1-52
    thrust. 1-36

although I think I would rather have the daedric dia-katana as the claymore weighs in at 81

    boy I love this game

    ok, another question!

How do I open locks that are rated 90 - 100, I have tried using that scroll "??? lock splitter" which says it can open locks to 100 but when I do so nothing happens

humm just use the scroll.. like any other scroll.. and target your door.. or chest.. and that should be it.. btw if u have lock picking skills.. u don't have to have a skill level of a 100 to open a 100 lock.. just have to have a good lock pick..

also some doors need keys.. require keys.. and can not b picked..

You know I've been trying to avoid purchasing this game (I already have 7 or 8 other games that I haven't played yet), but all this talk is making me want to drop the $50 and give it a shot. Anyone know where I can pick it up for less cash? Thanks...

Sweet, thanks Daft! The one good thing about the store I buy from here is that you can return ANY software title within 7 days for a full money-back refund--no questions asked. You can even tell them that you think the game sucks, they don't care why.

Kinda opens the door to piracy...if you're into that kind of thing.

I've got that scroll, but when I use it on anything 90 - 100 nothing happens and if I try a lockpick it says lock too complex, so im guessing my security skill is not high enough

    Vert,
Try using a joystick for movement. You might have less problems w/ your optical mouse.

my bung optical muse is sweet for morrowind as it doesn't require fast crucial movents of my mouse, unlike Tribes1/2 and UT.

hehe u should see the state of my joystick btw

Vert, if your really desperate to open doors/chests with high lock levels you can always use the code to unlock anything. But that's only if you're really desperate.

Oh ya, and I have a full suit of glass armor (and a glass weapon) and was wondering if there is any with high armor ratings? I think the glass armor looks sweet, but the armor rating when wearing it is awfully low compared to other armor. There's probably only that one kind of glass armor in the game, but I'm just making sure.
