I must admit Renegade is a great LAN game, better than Counterstrike with alot of people IMHO. (fun with 4, a blast with 8!) If it's only gonna be 2 people tho, don't bother. The defenses are too good for that and the odds are the timer will run out (plus the GDI guy will always win because nod needs at least 2 people to pull anything good). | |

I have to say that Descent 3 roxers my boxers 
CS is great I am a L33t
AVP2 is the sweetest but my vid card sucks so I lag a lot 
C&C Renegade is alright though it gets boring.......
Homeworld is just plain awesome except I havent been able to beat the last level !!!!!!!! on I forget which side though!
and all C&C games are needed if you are a true gamer  | |

opinions are like aholes everyone has one but.......the best lan game is UT and the 2nd best is Tribes.
sorry had to EDIT:its the best game for lans when its only 19.00usd for the gold issue.
