That would then mean they'd have to reduce the price of GTA3, who'd wanna pay the same price for plain GTA3 when you could get GTA3+VC for the same price?
With them both as seperate games they can keep both games full price, the people who buy GTA3 1st then go, "hey this is great, lets buy VC", and the people who buy VC 1st would go "Hey this is great, i wonder what GTA3 is like? Lets get it a see"... Twice the sales for them....
Hmm i should be in marketing! hehe

but GTA3 is so old and GTA2 is now available free from the internet (really!!)
so they could be nice and make an add-on
that's good for the image! more people would buy
i would say GTA3 for 45$ (just thinking)
and add-on vice city 55$
and vice city all alone 65$

Another reason i think they wouldn't release as an add-on, they have to release it as a full game for PS2 & it is probably easier for then to port the full PS2 version to PC rather than turn the full version into an add-on for PC.

don't get me wrong, i think it would be great if they could release it as an add-on, would definatly save me some money. But i just can't see them doing it.
