I cannot believe only one person has mentioned Worms in any form - the fun to be had from that series of games is almost unrivalled!
Hell, even now if I have mates round we have a game of it! A true Classic. |

don't really play that many games or at least don't play many games more than once or twice so here is a list of games that have used up the most of my computing life.
[Editt cant bring myself to delete it altogether:- Jacaranda Jim (text based adventure that stole hours and hours of my life)]
Tetris (old 8088 was not up to much graphics wise but played this one for days)
Unreal Tournament
Thief
Morrowind
Age of Empires (the origonal one never could get into the sequal)
Not really saying these are the best but they certainly between them are responsible for depriving me of many hours of needed sleep and socialising over the years. EDIT who knows with outh them i might even be able to count now

| Quote: Originally posted by J-Excel Play it on your PC. ZSNES is better than a real SNES. | Yep, that's what I meant when I said I need to play it again. Nice to see we're on the same page, eh? Anyhow, I just got done playing it through again and I must say, Chrono Trigger would be at the top of my list. Several reasons I like it better than FF7: First off is the fact that there's no random enemy encounters. I have yet to see why the heck they messed up the FF games with that crap. Soooooo irritating. It's like, you're trying to walk through a cave, and all you want to do is get to the other ******* side, but every two steps you run into another monster. In Chrono Trigger you can actually avoid most of the monsters, especially the ones that come back if you leave and return to the area. And yet, there are those monsters that respawn, so you do have a place to level up if need be.
The other thing that makes Chrono Trigger better is the time-travel. What that does is allow them to put you in all kinds of different senarios. Unlike any other RPG, you get a medievil world, a prehistoric world, an ice-age, and a sci-fi world. As well as characters on your team from all those worlds. Wow. |
