| Linux - QuakeIII Arena
Finally..........
I now have Quake III Arena running on my mandrake box. Before it was hanging and I couldn't figure out why. Now after installing my sound card and getting it to work, and reinstalling mandrake about 2 months ago..... it works
On a whim I decided to give it a go again. It installed no problems and runs like a charm.
Pretty cool game too
Right now you can buy it off of ebay for under $14 shipped (11-24-2002) Here is a quick link for anyone that might want it. Awesome linux game http://search.ebay.com/search/search...t&BasicSearch= |

WOW $1.99 !!!! I would have bought all they had What a steal !
Looks like you would be okay to trade with this guy........... jmho..... but looks like he sells alot of stuff with only a few minor problems. You have to sign up for an ebay account to buy on ebay.... no big deal. As far as saftey tutorials: http://pages.ebay.com/services/tsindex.html
This should answer all your questions
I'm gonna hafta buy a couple more so I can run it on all my computers so my kids can play against one another |

Thanks for the info crouse. I've never really looked on Ebay for stuff like this before - sounds like I might have to do some exploring. Thanks for the update! |
