AI on age of mythology

If anyone can tell me how I make the computer actually do something I would appreciate it. ]

It seems everytime that I make a scenario the computer just sits there and does nothing please help!

Hmmm.....I've never played AOM, but I know that that usuallly doesn't happen in an RTS.

Find a 'reveal map' cheat and see if the computer does actually do anything.

I know when I setup a game with some buddies via a LAN game you can set the computer to 4 different modes. Balanced, Big Boomer, Rusher and something else. You can also increase the difficultity in sp mode.

If it's anything like creating a map in Starcraft there is something called triggers (In SC) you will probably have to use one to set the computer AI up how you want it.

I havent played with the AI in AOM yet, but have you played round with the scripting files? I've only tried editing the random map generator scripts, the coding is exactly like C(++) so if you know that, the AI scripting should be easy!

When I actually buy the game (borrowed it last time) I'll play round with AI scripting, then I can tell you all I know, lol

You need to upload an AI from one of the files in game, or from a download. They're similar to the titles you get from when you play a custom scenario on single-player, such as economic boom, aggressive rush, etc. For some reason on mine when i try to put the files on, i have to open a folder and go back for the files to be there.
